Charter Vista Landscaping Acquires Chandler's Lawn Services

(MEMPHIS, TENN., APRIL 6, 2023) Charter Vista Landscaping, a commercial and residential landscaping holding company, announced the acquisition of Chandler's Lawn Service, a leading lawn care company based in Olive Branch, MS, earlier this year.

Chandler's Lawn Service, founded in 1991 by David Chandler, provides landscaping and lawn care services to commercial and residential clients in the Memphis metro area. Services include landscape design and construction, outdoor lighting solutions, irrigation, and lawn maintenance and treatment, under Chandler's TurfPro brand. TurfPro will be folded into Chandler's parent brand as part of the acquisition.

"Chandler's is excited to now fall under the Charter Vista brand of companies. With the resources and support of CVL, we will be better able to serve our customers and expand our reach within the Memphis and north Mississippi markets," says David Latham, Chandler's President.

Chandler's current management will remain in place to manage the company and continue to deliver world-class customer service to its clients. Charter Vista's funding and resources will help ensure the growth of this family-run business.
